Description
The Butterfly bush 'Sophie' (Buddleja davidii) is an upright, loose, funnel-shaped, compact shrub that produces lilac-coloured flowers arranged in panicles with a strong fragrance. They appear from July to September. The Butterfly bush 'Sophie' also has lanceolate, grey-green leaves. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 60 cm and is approx. 80 cm wide.
