Description
The Bottlebrush (Callistemon) is a very popular tub plant. Its decorative flowers appear from May to September. The location should be as sunny as possible. Well-drained, loose and sandy soil is ideal. Under favourable conditions, the Bottlebrush reaches a height of approx. 3 m.

Water
Water regularly and allow the soil to dry out in the meantime.

Preferred location in a sunny position.

Well-drained, loose, sandy substrate preferred. Commercially available container plant soil.

Planting: After the last frosts.

Care
- Excess water must be able to drain away easily and waterlogging should be avoided at all costs. - Regular watering in summer is particularly important. Morning or evening is the best time for this. Watering should also be done slowly and, if possible, not over the flowers and leaves.
