Description
The Kamelie (Camellia hiemalis) is a very popular, evergreen container plant. Its decorative flowers are cup-shaped and appear from October to November. The dark green leaves are broadly lanceolate. It should be planted in as sunny a spot as possible. Well-drained soil is ideal. Under favourable conditions, the Kamelie reaches a height of approx. 2 m and spreads up to 1 m wide.
