Description
The Camellia (Camellia oleifera) is a very popular evergreen tub plant. Its decorative flowers appear from October to December. The dark green leaves are lanceolate and glossy. The location should be as sunny to semi-shady as possible. A well-drained, lime-free and nutrient-rich soil is ideal. Under favourable conditions, the Camellia reaches a height of approx. 4 m and grows up to 1.5 m wide.
