Description
With its red-brown leaf colouring, Orange Colored Sedge (Carex flagellifera) is a decorative design element in the garden, but also adorns pots on balconies or terraces. The brown flower fronds adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny to semi-shady location with preferably sandy soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 1.1 m and grows up to 90 cm wide.
