Description
The Sedge 'Goldband' (Carex morrowii) with its medium green, dark green, creamy white striped leaf colouring is a decorative design element in the garden, which also adorns pots on balconies or terraces thanks to its horst-forming growth. The brown flower fronds adorn this grass from spring onwards. It feels most at home in a semi-shady to shady location with a well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 50 cm and grows up to 50 cm wide.
