Description
With its medium green leaf colouring, Palm branch sedge 'Little Midge' (Carex muskingumensis) is a decorative design element in the garden, but with its upright growth it also adorns pots on balconies or terraces. The brown flower fronds adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and grows up to 30 cm wide.
