Description
The Sedge 'Evergold' (Carex oshimensis) with its colourful yellow leaves is a decorative design element in the garden, but with its overhanging and upright growth it also adorns containers on balconies or terraces. The yellow flower fronds adorn this grass from spring onwards. It feels most at home in a semi-shady to shady location with loose, well-drained soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and grows up to 35 cm wide.
