The Bluebeard 'Beyond Midnight'® (Caryopteris clandonensis) is a dense, roundish small shrub that produces dark blue flowers with a pleasant fragrance. They appear from July to September. The Bluebeard 'Beyond Midnight'® also has matt, lanceolate, dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of around 1 metre.
