Description
The Blue spiraea 'Ferndown' (Caryopteris clandonensis) is an upright, dense small shrub that produces blue or purple flowers with a pleasant fragrance. They appear from July to September. The Blue spiraea 'Ferndown' also has matt, lanceolate, dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to a width of approx. 60 cm.
