Description
The Bluebeard (Caryopteris divaricata) is a branched garden plant that produces dark blue flowers. They appear from September to October. The Bluebeard also has dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady, wind-protected location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.2 m and grows to a width of approx. 50 cm.
