Description
The Indian bean tree (Catalpa bignonioides) is a roundish tree that produces white flowers arranged in panicles. They appear from June to July. Brown, pod-shaped capsules emerge from these. They are large. The Indian bean tree also has heart-shaped, medium green leaves. Its bark is dark grey, longitudinally furrowed.
