Description
The Californian lilac 'Marie Simon' (Ceanothus pallidus) is a bushy, branched shrub that produces pink-coloured flowers. They appear from July to October. These produce black-red fruits. The Californian lilac 'Marie Simon' also has lanceolate, medium green leaves. In a sunny, sheltered location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 1.5 metres and grows to around 1.2 metres wide.
