Description
The Taurus Cerastium 'Silberteppich' (Cerastium tomentosum) is a creeping, carpet-like, evergreen perennial with decorative, linear, lanceolate, silver-grey leaves. From May to June it bears white, star-shaped, cupped flowers arranged in umbels. In a sunny location with well-drained, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 15 cm and is approx. 15 cm wide. The Taurus Cerastium 'Silberteppich' is well tolerant of frost.
