Description
The Carob (Ceratonia siliqua) is a very popular, evergreen container plant whose brown fruits have a sweet flavour. Its decorative flowers appear from April to May. The location should be as sunny as possible. Well-drained and dry soil is ideal. Under favourable conditions, the Carob reaches a height of approx. 2.5 m and grows up to 1.5 m wide.
