Description
The Katsura tree 'Krukenberg Dwarf' (Cercidiphyllum japonicum) is an umbrella-shaped, picturesque, bushy, upright, dense large shrub or tree that produces red flowers. They appear from March to April. The Katsura tree 'Krukenberg Dwarf' also has matt, roundish, blue-green leaves. The bronze-coloured shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich, sandy, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 3.5 m and is approx. 2 m wide.
