Description
The Eastern redbud 'Alba' (Cercis canadensis) is a spreading, picturesque, upright, broad large shrub that produces white, butterfly-shaped flowers. They appear from April to May. The Eastern redbud 'Alba' also has heart-shaped, dark green leaves. In a sunny location with well-drained, calcareous soil, it usually reaches a height of around 9 metres and is around 10 metres wide.
