Description
The Eastern redbud 'Oklahoma' (Cercis canadensis) is a sprawling large shrub that produces pink flowers. They appear in April. The Eastern redbud 'Oklahoma' also has heart-shaped, medium green leaves. The red shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, calcareous soil, it usually reaches a height of around 6 metres and grows to around 6 metres wide.
