Description
The Eastern redbud 'Traveller' (Cercis canadensis) is a sprawling, picturesque, overhanging large shrub that produces pink, butterfly-shaped flowers. They appear from April to May. In a sunny location with well-drained, calcareous soil, it usually reaches a height of around 1.5 metres and grows to a width of around 2 metres.
