Description
The Japanese quince 'Exima' (Chaenomeles speciosa) is a sprawling shrub with decorative, yellow, pear-shaped fruits. It produces dark pink-coloured flowers from March to May. With the right care, the Japanese quince 'Exima' blooms again from July to August. The Japanese quince 'Exima' also has lanceolate, medium green leaves. In a sunny location, it usually reaches a height of around 3 metres and grows to around 3 metres wide. The Japanese quince 'Exima' makes no special demands on the soil.
