Description
The Lawson cypress 'Glauca Spek' (Chamaecyparis lawsoniana) is a small tree that grows loosely and usually reaches a height of around 10 metres and a width of around 4 metres. Its scale-like leaves are dark green or blue-grey in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost. It prefers well-drained, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny to semi-shady position sheltered from the wind.
