Description
The Chicory (Cichorium intybus) is an upright, loose perennial that produces blue flowers from June to September. In a sunny, sheltered location with well-drained, nutrient-rich, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm. The Chicory is well tolerant of frost.
