Description
The Ground clematis (Clematis recta) is a bushy, upright perennial that produces white, star-shaped flowers arranged in umbels with a pleasant fragrance from June to July. Its pinnate leaves are dark green. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.3 m and grows to a width of approx. 80 cm. The Ground clematis is well tolerant of frost.
