Description
The Pacific doogwood 'Ascona' (Cornus nuttallii) is an upright, broad, branched large shrub with decorative, apricot-coloured fruits. It produces creamy white, cup-shaped flowers from May to June. The Pacific doogwood 'Ascona' also has egg-shaped, medium-green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady, wind-protected location with humus-rich, loose, moist to wet soil, it usually reaches a height of around 5 metres and is around 2.5 metres wide.
