Description
The Hong Kong dogwood (Cornus hongkongensis) is an upright small tree that produces white flowers arranged in umbels. They appear from April to June. These produce yellow-red fruits. The Hong Kong dogwood also has shiny, egg-shaped, light green leaves. Its bark is dark grey. In a sunny to semi-shady, wind-protected location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of around 15 metres.
