Description
The Chinese dogwood 'Claudia' (Cornus kousa chinensis) is an upright, broad, large shrub with decorative, pink-red, round fruits. It produces white flowers arranged in umbels from June to July. The Chinese dogwood 'Claudia' also has egg-shaped, medium-green leaves. The bronze-coloured shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location with loose, acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 4 metres and grows to around 4 metres wide.
