Description
The Cornelian cherry 'Golden Glory' (Cornus mas) is an upright, vigorous large shrub with decorative, red, oval fruits. These exude a light fragrance. It produces golden yellow flowers arranged in umbels from February to March. The Cornelian cherry 'Golden Glory' also has egg-shaped, dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, calcareous, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 6 metres and grows to a width of around 3.5 metres.
