Description
The Glaucous scorpion-vetch (Coronilla valentina subsp. glauca) is a garden plant that produces yellow flowers. They appear from February to April. The Glaucous scorpion-vetch also has blue-green leaves. In a sunny, sheltered location with well-drained, nutrient-rich, sandy, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to approx. 1 m wide.

Leaves
The evergreen leaves of the Glaucous scorpion-vetch are blue-green in colour.

Growth
Coronilla valentina subsp. glauca can reach a height of 0.6 - 1 m and a width of 0.6 - 1 m.

Water
The plant has a medium water requirement.

Location
Preferred location in a sunny, sheltered position.

Normal soil.

Planting time
Container plants can be planted all year round, except when the ground is frozen and in summer heat (over 30°C).
