Description
With its dark green leaf colouring, the Pampas grass 'Pumila' (Cortaderia selloana) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out with its clump-forming and compact growth. The silver-white flower panicles adorn this grass from autumn onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny location with a well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 1.2 m and grows up to 1.2 m wide.
