Description
The Sea kale (Crambe maritima) is an upright perennial that produces white flowers arranged in umbels with a pleasant fragrance from May to July. Its egg-shaped, wavy leaves are blue-grey. In a sunny location with well-drained, sandy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and is approx. 60 cm wide. The Sea kale is well tolerant of frost.
