The Montbretia 'Carmin Brilliant' (Crocosmia x crocosmiiflora) produces attractive, yellow-red flowers from July to September. It prefers a well-drained, loose, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny position. The upright plant usually reaches a height of 0.8 - 1 m and grows up to 40 cm wide.
