Description
The Japanese cedar 'Globosa Nana' (Cryptomeria japonica) is a small tree or shrub that grows broad, pyramidal, spherical and usually reaches a height of about 2 metres and a width of about 2 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are blue-green in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost. It prefers acidic, loamy soil in a sunny to semi-shady position sheltered from the wind.
