Description
The Common quince 'Mammouth' (Cydonia oblonga) produces golden yellow, firm and fine fruits. They are pear-shaped. Well-drained, nutrient-rich soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from mid-September. Its light pink flowers are a beautiful sight. With its upright and broad growth, Common quince 'Mammouth' grows to around 5 metres high and 6 metres wide.
