Description
The Scheinhortensie (Deinanthe caerulea) is a broad, bushy perennial that produces blue-purple, anemone-like flowers from July to August. Its leaves are dark green. In a semi-shady to shady, wind-protected location with well-drained, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and is approx. 50 cm wide. The Scheinhortensie is well tolerant of frost.
