Description
The Maiden pink (Dianthus deltoides) is a mat-forming, winter-green perennial that produces dark pink, wheel-shaped flowers with a pleasant fragrance from June to August. Its leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 15 cm and grows to a width of approx. 30 cm. The Maiden pink is well tolerant of frost.
