Description
The Clove pink 'Doris' (Dianthus plumarius) is a dense, carpet-forming, evergreen perennial that produces salmon-pink, ruffled flowers with a strong fragrance from late May to early July. Its linear leaves are blue-green. In a sunny position with well-drained, calcareous, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and spreads to approx. 30 cm. The Clove pink 'Doris' is highly frost-hardy.
