Description
The Fringed bleeding heart (Dicentra eximia) is a bushy, creeping perennial that produces pink-coloured flowers arranged in clusters from May to August. Its pinnate leaves are grey-green. In a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, lime-free, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and is approx. 40 cm wide. The Fringed bleeding heart is well tolerant of frost.
