The Bleeding heart 'Gold Heart' (Dicentra spectabilis) is an upright perennial with decorative, pinnate, greenish-yellow leaves. From May to June, it bears pink-white flowers arranged in clusters. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and is approx. 70 cm wide. The Bleeding heart 'Gold Heart' is well tolerant of frost.
