Description
The Rusty foxglove 'Gigantea' (Digitalis ferruginea) is an upright, rosette-like perennial that forms yellow, ray-shaped flowers from June to July. Its lanceolate leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.5 m and grows to a width of approx. 60 cm. The Rusty foxglove 'Gigantea' is well tolerant of frost.
