Description
The Strawberry foxglove (Digitalis x mertonensis) is an upright perennial that forms salmon-pink coloured, funnel-shaped flowers from May to July. Its egg-shaped leaves are dark green. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and is approx. 40 cm wide. The Strawberry foxglove is well tolerant of frost.
