Description
The Golden male fern 'Crispa' (Dryopteris affinis) is a decorative design element in the garden with its feathery, dark green leaf fronds. The amber-coloured shoots are an interesting detail. It feels most at home in a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, humus-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy fern reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and grows up to 50 cm wide.
