Description
The Black samson 'Sombrero® Salsa Red' (Echinacea purpurea) is an upright, compact perennial that produces red, basket-shaped flowers from July to September. Its lanceolate leaves are medium green in colour. In a sunny location with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 50 cm and is approx. 60 cm wide. The Black samson 'Sombrero® Salsa Red' is well tolerant of frost.
