Description
The Redvein enkianthus 'Red Bells' (Enkianthus campanulatus) is an upright, loose shrub that produces red, bell-shaped flowers. They appear from April to May. The Redvein enkianthus 'Red Bells' also has egg-shaped, dark green leaves. In a semi-shady to shady location with humus-rich, lime-free, acidic, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of around 2 metres and grows to a width of around 1.5 metres.
