Description
The Schneemohn (Eomecon chionantha) is a runner-forming, broad, winter-green perennial that produces white flowers from May to July. Repeated flowering occurs from September to October with the right care. Its arrow-shaped leaves are medium green in colour. In a semi-shady to shady location with humusy, moist to wet soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and grows to a width of approx. 60 cm. The Schneemohn is well tolerant of frost.
