Description
The Barrenwort 'Amber Queen' (Epimedium x cultorum) is a clump-forming, winter-green perennial that produces yellow-orange flowers from April to May. Its heart-shaped leaves are medium green in colour. In a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, loose, acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 35 cm and is approx. 30 cm wide. The Barrenwort 'Amber Queen' is well tolerant of frost.
