Description
The Spanische Edeldistel 'Picos Blue' (Eryngium bourgatii) is an upright, compact perennial with decorative, deeply lobed, green-and-white leaves. It bears blue flowers from July to August. In a sunny position with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 50 cm and spreads to around 50 cm. The Spanische Edeldistel 'Picos Blue' is highly frost-hardy.
