Description
The Blue eryngo (Eryngium yuccifolium) is an upright perennial with decorative, linear, grey-green leaves. It bears green-white, ball-shaped flowers from July to September. In a sunny location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.2 m and grows to a width of approx. 60 cm. The Blue eryngo is well tolerant of frost.
