Description
The Flat-stalked spindle tree (Euonymus planipes) is an upright, loose, large shrub with decorative, carmine-red fruits. It produces greenish-yellow flowers in May. The Flat-stalked spindle tree also has lanceolate, dark green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich, weakly acidic soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 5 metres and grows to a width of approx. 5 metres.
