Description
The Joe-Pye weed (Eupatorium purpureum) is a clump-forming perennial that produces purple-red flowers from July to September. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to approx. 1 m wide. The Joe-Pye weed is well tolerant of frost.
