Description
With its light green foliage and green culms, the Fountain-bamboo 'Moontears'® (Fargesia) is a decorative feature in the garden. What makes it special, apart from its dense and compact form, is that it does not require a rhizome barrier! It prefers sunny to shady positions with well-drained soil. Under favourable conditions, this hardy bamboo reaches a height of approx. 1 m and spreads up to 80 cm.
